ergoPouch Cocoon Swaddle Bags are suitable from birth and designed to be easy and safe to use. The simple zip-up design will keep baby securely swaddled without the need for complicated wrapping.
The Cocoon Swaddle Bag keeps baby snug by restricting startle reflex. It gives a feeling of closeness, mimicking the womb and helping baby to sleep longer.
All TOGs in the range are made from our signature GOTS-certified organic cotton stretch jersey material, while the 1.0 TOG product features a mix of bamboo viscose for extra stretch. This allows for self settling, full chest expansion, growth spurts and healthy shoulder joint development.
As with all of the ergoPouch sleeping bags, the Cocoon Swaddle Bag features a two-way zip for ease of use and simple overnight nappy changes. It also features a bell-shaped bottom for healthy hip joint development.
Featuring our signature press studs on the arm holes, it can be used as a swaddle or sleeping bag, making it suitable for both babies with
a strong startle reflex and those who like to sleep freely. Once swaddled babies start to show signs of rolling, transition them to arms- out sleeping by releasing the press studs.

3–6M: Same as size 00 • 6–8kg child weight • 62–68cm child height
6-12M: Same as size 0 • 8–10kg child weight • 68–76cm child height
